Customer profile: This customer is one of the top 10 lighting brand importers in Indonesia. We supply 1200mm 18W 130LM/W LED T8 Tube to this customer. This tube is used in the Top 5 chain convenience store chain in Indonesia.
Opportunity for LED Light: Before the store used 120pcs conventional Philips 1.2M 36W fluorescent T8, at 24 hours of illumination over 37,848 kWh/year, the average electricity rate in Thailand is $0.1/kWh, the lighting cost was $3,784 per year.

We spend 19 months to get the first 40HQ order
We started contacting Indonesia customers in Jul 2017, and it took us a year and a half to get the sample order. During the first sample test,
the customer was not satisfied. In Nov 2018, customers provided their samples to us for testing and evaluation. We disassembled the samples
and conducted comparative analysis. In Dec 2018, we improved the color temperature and brightness of the samples and sent them for the
second test.
In Feb 2019, after 19 months of unremitting efforts, the customer confirmed the sample and placed the first 40HQ order, total 25,000pcs.
